3. Ordering & Payments

3.2 Payments must be made at checkout via Accepted Payment Methods – Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.
3.3 Your order is confirmed only after successful payment. If payment fails, the order will be automatically cancelled.
3.4 We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, fraudulent activity, or incorrect pricing.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 We deliver across Pan India.
4.2 Orders are processed within 1-2  business days and shipped via DTDC.
4.3 Delivery times vary based on location and courier service. Estimated delivery time: 6-7 business days.
4.4 Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the order value and location.
4.5 We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, courier issues, or national holidays.

5. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

5.1 Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
5.2 If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
5.3 Refunds or replacements will be processed only for valid claims at our discretion.
5.4 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

6.2 Store dry fruits, nuts, and seeds in a cool, dry place away from moisture and sunlight.
6.3 Allergens: Our products are processed in facilities handling peanuts, tree nuts, and seeds, and may contain traces of these allergens.
